No. Boundless starts from the biology, from what you are actually made of, before it teaches anything about practice. If you are curious, you have everything you need to begin.
The Morning Return and Evening Return are each 10-15 minutes. The Foundations curriculum is self-paced, most members move through one lesson per week. The Field is always available, and you engage with it as much or as little as serves you.
Both, and they serve different purposes. Foundations is the curriculum, six modules, self-paced, the intellectual and practical foundation for everything. The Field is the daily practice space where you show up, practice, and connect. You need both. Neither one is the whole thing on its own.
