Many of the body's core structures — fascia, connective tissue, collagen, cell membranes — display liquid crystal properties. They are conductive, responsive, and transmit energy along physical pathways. Energetics moves through us the way it moves through any crystalline structure: along pathways, with integrity, responsively.
This is energetics as biology. As lived experience. As self-leadership.
And once you understand what you are actually made of, everything changes — because you stop waiting for your state to shift and start choosing to shift it yourself. That is the work. That is the Crystalline Energy Method.

The Crystalline Reality
Liquid crystals are responsive, conductive, and sensitive. They transmit information. They respond to pressure, to frequency, to energetic input. Because our biological systems share these properties, working with energetics in the body is working with the actual physical properties of biological tissue.
It is as real as the fascia it travels through.
I arrived
through
my hands.
In my early twenties I became a massage and physical therapist. My first clinical position changed everything. The practitioner I worked alongside used energetics to sense what was really happening beneath the surface, working with the body's field rather than just its structure. I witnessed her shift things in a room, in a person, that had nothing to do with technique.
I didn't have language for it then. I knew it was real.
That experience set the direction for everything that followed. I went deep into craniosacral therapy, not as a technique I still practice, but as a training ground. It gave me the ability to listen at the level of rhythm and nuance, to sense what is held in a body before it surfaces as a symptom, a pattern, or a performance problem. That sensitivity lives inside everything I do.
I trained extensively in the ways the body holds energy and the ways individuals can release it - yoga, breathwork, movement, the energetics of essential oils. Not collecting modalities. Answering one question: how does the body hold energetics, and how can a person learn to work with that themselves?
The Chapter That Shaped Everything
Eight years.
Olympic and World Champion figure skaters.
For eight years I was a primary care provider for Olympic and World Champion figure skaters, travelling three weeks on, three weeks off, present for each performance, every pressure point, every moment that mattered. This was not peripheral support. It was complete responsibility for their physical and energetic state at the highest level the sport reaches.
In that world, working with the whole person — bodywork, craniosacral therapy, energetics, breathwork, movement was not optional. It was the work. Because at that level, physical precision, mental clarity, and energetic integrity are not separate things. They are one thing. And when any part is compromised, performance reflects it.
You see firsthand how energetics that isn't moved lodges in tissue, disrupts rhythm, and determines outcomes that no amount of mechanical coaching can reach. You see the energetic environment surrounding a performance, after a loss, between competitors, within an entire industry, is as real and as consequential as any physical preparation.
That chapter set the benchmark. Peak clarity in a human body — what it looks and feels like, and what it takes to return to it. Everything I bring to my work today is measured against what I witnessed and held in those years.
